Alright boys… IT’S OFFICIAL, Diablo 3 is the new game Blizzard is talking about

And once again, the splash page has been updated (This makes it the 6th Splash Page update).. a new rune appears at the 1 o’clock position, and i dont know what to make out of it. A winking rune? anyway, The Facial features of the creature looks clearer now but that still doesn’t help us guess accurately what game this creature is from. As of this posting, there’s nothing new at the master.css file.

This week, Blizzard had us in one heluva ride. Even before the WWI starts in Paris, Blizzard has been teasing fans (mostly Diablo 3) with hidden codes from a splash page propagated across all major Blizzard websites which started out as a harmless bottom-to-top view of an icy cavern. Eventually, this seemingly harmless icy cavernstarted to break, runes revealed around the icy glacier walls and the sky begins to reveal itself. This pattern continued until a creature with icy eyes and serpentskin feature is revealed to be peering through the skies down to the glacier cavern but it still doesn’t say much. There had been much speculation on what this creature is… Could be Diablo or Kerrigan but “it” resembles a protoss more than any other significant character/creature from the Blizzard’s list games. According to speculations, the mysterious splash page wont update anymore and wont reveal more than it already had, which is… what?

The splash page may still update or it may not but one thing’s certain, A lot will be revealed in the Live WWI streaming videos. No fancy splash page to tease us, no CSS hidden meanings to twist.  For those who didn’t know, you can watch the Live Streams from the World Wide Invitation in Paris.
