Bug Fixes
- Fixed a communication bug affecting third party leagues.
- Alt-F6 no longer stalls the game on Windows.
- Game now works correctly on versions of Mac OS X which do not support 256-color mode.

As of September 12, 2008, The ICCUP launcher doesn’t recognize this version yet

World of Warcraft Patch 3.0.2 now downloadable

World of Warcraft 3.0.2 patch can now be downloaded via the World of Warcraft Background downloader. To those who’s client has always been up to date, the download could be as low as 821MB (still quite big) up to 2GB+ for those who missed the previous patches.

The World of Warcraft 3.0.2 patch changes wont take effect until the patch day. The World of Warcraft 3.0.2 patch became available earlier than the usual patch downloads just so that not everyone would be downloading a huge patch on patch day.

For those who get the “Data for the next patch is not available.” it could mean 2 things, the World of Warcraft Patch server may have cut the queue for a while to accomodate the current downloaders with a faster download service or you may have already downloaded the patch and you didn’t know it.. happens a lot of times to people who have the “download patch and stuff while playing” option ticked.

The next major content patch is coming, and it’s big. In order to smooth the way, we will shortly enable background downloading of most of the data for this patch. People who use the Launcher and have background downloading enabled will automatically start getting the data. The Downloader downloads faster in general now, so you may want to adjust your background download settings. You can adjust these settings in the Laucher, by visiting the Options page. If you want the fastest possible download, check the “Don’t throttle background download”. However, note that this can affect the performance of other programs running at the same time.

Here are the latest patch notes from Rappelz:

Server List Change – The order in which the servers appear at the server selection screen has been changed to the following:

1. Tanda
2. Salamander
3. Yeti
4. Lydian
5. Bahamut
6. Tortus
7. Pantera

Rebirth Scroll – Bug where the Rebirth Scroll could not be stored or traded has been fixed.

Temple of Ancients – Bug where players were not able to time attack, siege, and/or own the Temple of Ancients has been fixed.

Miscellaneous text changes and minor bug fixes.

This patch will be automatically downloaded by the launcher.
