		<description>Problem:  &quot;Sometimes&quot; I get an app crash when I do a melee attack.  Usually when I&#039;m startled and I hit the melee button in a panic.  Melee button is mouse 4, which is right by mouse 5.  I don&#039;t know what&#039;s causing it, but it&#039;s extremely frustrating because I lose all my kills and points.  I initially thought I was pushing the mouse buttons 4&amp;5 at the same time causing the crash, but when I try to duplicate the crash (when no enemy is around) by pushing all kinds of buttons at the same time... nothing happens.
