<p><span style="color: #ff9900;"><strong>1. In StarCraft II, will there be friendly fire? </strong></span>– Xigon(Battle.net)</p>
<p>Yes, friendly fire is still available in StarCraft II. You can take out cloaked units attacking your base by using friendly fire on your own unit and giving splash damage to cloaked enemy units, which has been executed by many players in the original StarCraft. For example, if you play Zerg, you can kill Dark Templar attacking your Hatchery, by targeting your Banelings to attack your Hatchery near the invading Dark Templar.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff9900;"><strong>2. Trilogy is Beginning, mid and end, or is it the same story told from three points of view?</strong> – </span>Lolod(Battle.net)</p>
<p>The stories will be sequential. The Zerg story will begin from the end of the Terran story, and Protoss story will begin from the end of the Zerg story.<br />

<p>There will be multiple animations for units which are idle.<br />

<p>It totally depends on what your strategy is in the game. For example, you can mine two at the same time and double up your gas supply to build up certain armies or tech up very quickly. Or if you need more continuous and stable gas supply for your strategy, you can switch off your workers between the two gases with your micro-controls.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">5. What Protoss unit is now the best option to counter mass enemy air units? The Phoenix lost its overload ability which was really the only Protoss splash damage option other than Psi Storm.</span> </strong>(StarCraft 2 Forums)</p>
<p>Against Zerg’s mass air units like Mutalisks, Archons and Psi Storm are still the best counters. Against Terran’s mass air units like Vikings and Banshees, Protoss can still use Phoenixes and focus fire. Vikings currently do additional damage to large ships, rather than light armor.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;">6. What kind of damage do spells deal? Is there a type “Spell” or don’t they have any specific attack type?</span> </strong>(StarCraft 2 Source)</p>
<p>There isn’t a specific “spell” type of damage, but some do additional damage to current types already in the game. For example, Ghost’s Psi Round deals an additional 40 damage to Psionic units. There are ‘special’; cases though as well, seen when Psi Storms instantly kill Hallucinations and when a Yamato Cannon will not activate an Immortal’s hardened shields.</p>

<p>Archons still have their splash damage and are still quite the beasts they were in the original StarCraft. There is no better feeling than watching a group of Archons instantly pop a stacked group of Mutalisks.</p>

you have to press m three times to get 3 marines.<br />

or do i have to press z for each larva=9times? </strong></span><br />

<p>If you have three Hatcheries in one group, press your group number and hit &#8217;s&#8217; key, you will select all your Larva of three Hatcheries.<br />
And you can hit &#8216;z&#8217; as many as you want them to morph to Zerglings.<br />
If you have nine Larvas, you need to hit &#8216;z&#8217; nine times to morph all of them to Zerglings.</p>

<p>Ok, for everyone getting the stupid endless black screen bug, the fix is incredibly simple. Just Alt+Tab out if it to switch to a new screen. Afterwards, Alt+Tab back into it, then hit Esc. The main intro should start right up. It&#8217;s worked for me everytime so far. Now I&#8217;m not 100% sure this works on XP or not, since I use 32-bit Vista, but I imagine it will.</p>

Sound card drivers were known to fuck CoD4 up and there was an error that required you to have a mic inserted in order to play Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer, so there&#8217;s no telling if sound cards, dedicated or built-in can screw your copy of COD WAW</p>

Now you&#8217;ll be able to create a profile for yourself.</p>

You guys probably know the drill (esp. if you are from WoW), major patches gets tested in the 1.0.5, hopefully they&#8217;ll listen to the player feedback regarding the balancing efforts that the patch should bring to the game - aside from testing if the Warhammer Online 1.0.5 patch has any detrimental or postive effect to the servers.<br />

When the PTS eventually comes online, The patcher for Warhammer Online clients will download the PTS downloader executable, and from there players can download the 1.0.5 patch. Options to copy live characters onto the test servers should be appearing soon in the Warhammer Online&#8217;s account page.</p>

<li>Root effects, with the exception of morale roots, will now grant a 5 second immunity from all roots to the victim when the effect breaks, and in addition will no longer stack with other roots.</li>
<li>Root effects will now properly have a chance to break whenever a player takes ANY damage. This includes individual tics of Damage over Time spells.</li>
<li>To promote population balance among the various scenarios, we have added a feature that reduces the number of times a scenario can launch in a short period of time. This will give scenarios which are launched less frequently an opportunity to catch up in the queue population and launch more often.</li>
<li>Improvements have been made to auto-attack animations. Players will now see smoother, more consistent weapon swaps when players change from ranged to melee auto-attacks, and vice-versa.</li>
<li>The responsiveness of ability activations has been improved. Players will now see less of a delay between the activation of an ability and the corresponding animation.</li>

<li>Unstoppable: Knockdowns will now be listed on all tooltips for this ability when applicable.</li>
<li>Point Blank will now correctly ignore Knockback and Knockdown immunity, as well as not trigger it.</li>
<li>Fixed assorted issues in which certain movement reductions/increases would stack, slowing or speeding targets more than intended. This also addresses cases in which snared players would find themselves essentially rooted when in lava.</li>

This is the same mechanic that is used for the Bright Wizard&#8217;s &#8220;Combustion&#8221; mechanic. <li>Fixed a bug that was causing weapons and armor not to display their proc effects in the item display.</li>

<li>Standards: All references to banners should now be removed. All text now refers to standards.</li>
<li>In addition to reducing the amount of damage received from high-level encounter NPCs, each Ward on high-level armor set pieces worn will now affect the amount of damage players are able to do to those NPCs. Players not wearing any pieces of the appropriate armor set will see their damage greatly reduced. For each piece of the appropriate armor a player wears, their damage against the boss monster will increase.</li>

<p><span style="color: #ff9900;"><strong>Realm vs. Realm</strong></span></p>

<li>Fixed an issue which was causing the Martyr&#8217;s Square battlefield objective not to issue renown properly.</li>
<li>Fixed an issue with the postern door of the Ghrond&#8217;s Sacristy keep which was preventing players from being able to enter the keep through the door.</li>
<li>A time delay has been added to the preliminary spawns of flags and murderballs in several scenarios. This change was made in order to ensure that both sides have a chance to run to the spawn location of the flag or murderball at the start of the match, and battle for control of the area even before the object has spawned. <li>The &#8220;Ability Not Ready&#8221; message will no longer display when the remaining cooldown on an ability is less than or equal to the full global cooldown.</li>
<li>Corrected an issue with the cooldown timers on the action bar buttons that was causing them to count down improperly. The timers will now count down in half-second increments beginning at 3 seconds remaining.</li>
<li>Characters will no longer have all of their currently-active cooldown timers reset when they are granted new abilities.</li>
<li>Morale abilities will now display their cooldowns correctly at all times.</li>
<li>Fixed the tooltip display for the first custom guild rank slot.</li>
<li>Kicking a player from a guild now properly deactivates the guild and alliance tabs for that player.</li>
<li>Guild members may now be promoted to the first customized guild rank slot.</li>
<li>Fixed an issue in which guild and alliance roster sub-tabs appeared on the screen if the player joined a new guild after having left a guild with the Guild Roster tab as the last Guild Window viewed.</li>

<li>Guild Leaders, Officers and anyone with appropriate permissions can once again use the guild window context menus to promote and demote members.</li>

<li>Fixed an issue with the targeting system that could be used by players to gain an unfair advantage. Targeting of friendly players will now work in the same way as using abilities. Players must either use a keyboard key or click with the mouse to acquire a friendly target. To target a monster or NPC, players must click on the target in the world or /assist a friendly player. Players using our default user interface should see no change as a result of this fix.</li>

<p>Here&#8217;s the WoW 3.0.3 patch notes (live) and as you can see, the Paladin has been nerfed quite a bit, if not a lot. Hopefully the World of Warcraft 3.0.3 patch woud bring the balance back in PvP and Battlegrounds</p>

<li>Berserk: Now clears the cooldown on Mangle Bear.</li>
<li>Earth and Moon and Moonfury (Balance) reduced from 5 ranks each to 3 ranks each.</li>
<li>Eclipse: Buff duration extended to 15 sec and bonuses doubled. The cooldown has been increased to 40 seconds.</li>
<li>Growl: Cooldown changed to 8 sec.</li>
<li>Insect Swarm: Tooltip corrected to indicate it does not affect hit chance with spells.</li>
<li>Moonkin: Only single target spell critical strikes can trigger the mana gain from this talent.</li>

<li>Aspect of the Dragonhawk: New aspect added that combines the benefit of Aspect of the Monkey and Aspect of the Hawk, available at level 75 and 80.</li>
<li>Aspect of the Monkey: The Dodge chance has been increased from 8% to 18%.</li>
<li>Aspect of the Viper: The per attack mana regeneration has been reduced by 50% but this ability now generates 4% of maximum mana every 3 sec. In addition, the per attack regeneration now also works on melee attacks.</li>
<li>Disengage now fails if you&#8217;re rooted and is no longer on the global cooldown.Cooldown reduced to 25 seconds and no longer requires a target, though the hunter has to be in combat.</li>
<li>Hunter vs. Wild: The attack power bonus from this talent now applies properly to Hunter pets. In addition, the bonus attack power will now be recalculated properly from equipping items.</li>
<li>Improved Aspect of the Hawk: This talent no longer causes incorrect mana costs when interacting with the Rapid Recuperation and Improved Steady Shot talents.</li>
<li>Mana cost of Disengage has been lowered to 5% of base mana, down from 14%.</li>
<li>Pets

<li>Rake (Cat), Scorpid Poison (Scorpid): Lowered damage of all ranks.</li>
<li>Stampede (Rhino): Lowered the knockback to 10 yards.</li>
<li>Raised the damage of exotic attacks: Spirit Strike, Lava Breath, Froststorm Breath, Acid Spit, and Stampede.</li>
<li>Lowered the cost of pet specials from 25 to 20.</li>

<li>Thrill of the Hunt: The mana gained from using this talent with Explosive Shot is now 1/3 of the normal amount per critical strike (but gets 3 opportunities per cast.)</li>

<li>Hammer of the Righteous: Tooltip corrected to indicate it does 4 times weapon dps instead of 3.</li>
<li>Hammer of Wrath: Now can&#8217;t be used until the target is below 20% health.</li>
<li>Infusion of Light (Holy) now affects Flash of Light too, reducing its cast time down to zero and can be used while moving.</li>
<li>Judgements: The debuffs from Judgement of Light, Judgement of Wisdom, and Judgement of Justice will no longer be applied if the Judgement spell itself misses.</li>
<li>Judgements of the Pure: Haste increased to 3/6/9/12/15%.</li>
<li>Judgements of the Wise: Mana gained reduced from 33% to 15% of base mana.</li>

<li>Devouring Plague: The bonus coefficient has been increased to be on par with other DoT spells. Base damage on ranks 7,8,and 9 decreased to partially compensate for better scaling.</li>
<li>Divine Providence: This talent now also reduces the cooldown of your Prayer of Mending spell by 6/12/18/24/30%. With 5 points applied, it takes Prayer of Mending&#8217;s cooldown from 10 sec to 7 sec.</li>
<li>Divine Spirit: Now can be refreshed properly on self after logging in and out or zoning. (Also applies to Prayer of Spirit.)</li>
<li>Guardian Spirit: A target may now have only one Guardian Spirit active.</li>
<li>Healing Focus: Now works properly with Penance.</li>
<li>Improved Divine Spirit: No longer improves Divine Spirit after untalenting sometimes.</li>
<li>Inner Focus: Now works properly with Mind Flay, Mind Sear, and Penance.</li>

<li>Vampiric Touch: The Spell power coefficient has been doubled and no longer triggers Replenishment when other priests cast Mind Blast.</li>

<li>Killing Spree: Instead of making the rogue untargetable, now causes all players to lose targeting on the rogue and the rogue to be unstoppable during its duration.</li>

<li>Shadow Dance: The cooldowns on Sap, Garrotte, Ambush, Cheap Shot, Premeditation, Pickpocket, and Disarm Trap are no longer increased while this ability is activated.</li>
